Synopsis ~

My Thoughts ~
Part One of Faithless is a fantastic start to what I think is an intense, sexy series. I was glued to every word in this intriguing, heart-pounding, nail-biting story. In the first part, we are introduced to Faith and Noah. The scenes go back and forth between the past and present so that the reader gets a clearer understanding of why the characters are the way they are. These two are truly ‘broken’ in every since of the word and they both have their demons. After reading, I have LOTS of questions that I hope will be answered soon. One thing I do know though is that if all preachers were like Noah, I believe church attendance would be at an all-time high!
K.B. Nelson knows how to bring the reader into the story with a gripping plot and characters that not only have depth, but are sexy as hell! Yes, there is a huge cliffhanger, but guess what? It is a three part series, so it’s to be expected. What I did not expect though was the “Holy What the Fuck Just Happened?!?!?!” teaser at the end of the book. Oh my Lord…..my jaw dropped and I literally yelled at my tablet, because leaving me hanging this way is just unfair. But thankfully the wait for the next installment will be a short one, which of course I will read, because K.B. Nelson is an incredible writer and awesome story-teller. This one is a definite MUST READ!
